Essence Out of Space Stories 05 intergalactic adventure

For the second post of the day I present to you the hand you never get to see featuring another polish from the new space themed collection by Essence, 05 intergalactic adventure. 

Intergalactic adventure is rather strage because its not a straightforward duochrome, it's a mix between a duochrome and a metallic. The duochrome pearl in this case is turquoise to pink, but because the base is  dark blue it shows more like a turquoise to purple on the nail. I have many duochromes with a similar pearl, but none are like it cause they don't have that metallic sheen to them. This time my camera chose not to show the pink shift, it's definitely more intense than the pictures though not as intense as across the universe. 

There's a little bit of streakiness to it, like most metallics, so apply first to the edges and then to the middle of the nail to achieve a smooth result. 

Also worth noting is that these nail polish bottles contain 9ml, not the usual 8ml, and the brush is a little bit trickier. It's a regular thin brush and while the one in across the universe was ok,  the brush in this one wasn't very nice and splayed irregularly.

Essence 02 Across the Universe & 05 intergalactic adventure

Για το δεύτερο ποστ της ημέρας σας παρουσιάζω το 'αόρατο χέρι μου' σε guest εμφάνιση με ένα μανό από την ίδια συλλογή με το προηγούμενο, το 05 intergalactic adventure της Essence. 

Το intergalactic adventure είναι ένα λίγο ασυνήθιστο ιριδίζον μανό γιατί συνδυάζει και στοιχεία μεταλλικού, σαν να έχεις αναμείξει ένα μεταλλικό κι ένα κλασσικό ιριδίζον. Η πέρλα του είναι τιρκουάζ έως ροζ, αλλά επειδή η βάση του είναι τόσο σκούρο μπλε φαίνεται σαν μπλε έως μωβ μανό. Αυτή τη φορά η κάμερά μου αποφάσισε να μην δείξει το μωβ χρώμα καλά. Είναι πιο έντονο το ιρίδισμά του απ'ότι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όχι τόσο έντονο όσο το across the universe. 

Σαν μεταλλικό που είναι μπορεί να φαίνονται τα σημάδια του πινέλου οπότε για πιο ομοιόμορφο αποτέλεσμα βάλτε το πρώτα αριστερά και δεξιά κατά μήκος του νυχιού και μία τελευταία πινελιά στο κέντρο.

Τέλος, τα μπουκάλια αυτά περιέχουν 9ml, αντί για το συνηθισμένο 8ml, και το πινελάκι είναι λεπτό και όχι πάντα τέλειο. Στο άλλο που πήρα της ίδιας σειράς ήταν οκ, αλλά σε αυτό άνοιγε δυσανάλογα.
