TheBalm's Meet Matt(e) Hughes liquid lipstick is a deep red I wish I could love. It has a drier than most liquid lipsticks formula, similar to the Bourjois Velvet Mattes only thicker. It sets more velvety than ultra matte and the colour is buildable if you want to darken it a bit, the first layer is bright deep red, the second layer makes it look browner and more muted. It lasts a long time, it is comfortable as a texture and is easy to remove with an oil cleanser without staining your lips.
But its one 'flaw' is too major for me to like. It has a peppermint scent and it is intense, so intense that I felt it all the time whilst I was wearing it and when I tried using it two days in a row, as soon as I opened the vial on the second day I found the smell vomit inducing. It really is a pity cause it is an otherwise good lipstick with a great formula and colour.

Το Adoring της σειράς Meet Matt(e) Hughes της TheBalm είναι ένα βαθύ κόκκινο υγρό κραγιόν που πολύ θα ήθελα να μου είχε αρέσει. Η υφή του είναι πιο ξηρή από τα περισσότερα υγρά κραγιόν, αρκετά όμοια με αυτή των Bourjois Velvet Mattes, αλλά πιο πυκνή. 'Οταν στεγνώσει γίνεται βελουδένιο, με άνετη υφή και το χρώμα του βαθαίνει ανάλογα με το πόσες στρώσεις θα του βάλεις. Με μία στρώση είναι ζωηρό βαθύ κόκκινο, με μία δεύτερη βγαίνουν οι καφέ τόνοι που έχει περισσότερο και γίνεται πιο "σκοτωμένο". Είναι σταθερό στα χείλη για ώρες, πάρα πολύ άνετο και βγαίνει εύκολα χωρίς να λεκιάζει τα χείλη.
Το ένα του ελάττωμα όμως είναι πολύ μεγάλο. Μυρίζει πάρα πολύ έντονα μέντα. Ένιωθα τη μυρωδιά καθόλη τη διάρκεια που το φορούσα και όταν προσπάθησα να το φορέσω δεύτερη συνεχόμενη μέρα με το που άνοιξα το μπουκάλι ανακατεύτηκα. Είναι πολύ κρίμα να έχει τόσο μεγάλο ελάττωμα όταν κατά τα άλλα ήταν ένα τόσο καλό κραγιόν.
